We are a legitimate business; however, our phone support is limited as this would raise our labor costs significantly to have the staff necessary for customer service dedicated to phones. The purpose is to keep our costs down and pass the share of our profit with you.
We offer email service that will answer your questions as soon as possible between the hours of 10 AM - 7 PM EST Monday - Friday.
