We guarantee that the lingerie products will arrive in good condition as described or we will allow you the option of returning the lingerie products for an exchange or refund of the lingerie products returned. We will not refund the shipping charges. We cannot accept returns directly before or following a major holiday such as Halloween, Christmas, or Valentine's Day. We cannot accept returns on used lingerie sets or any other lingerie set that has been worn or used. Federal health regulations do not permit us to accept returns on those lingerie items.
Please note: You will be charged a 25% restock fee if there is nothing wrong with our lingerie products. This applies to exchanges or returns. This is to absorb the cost of labor and shipping to get the goods to you, examining the item for possible defects or wear, and restocking it upon its return. We suggest reading our size chart carefully before selecting a size. We cannot be held responsible if the wrong size is ordered and we do not get the response of our communication within 48 hours from the date of placing the order. If you still need to exchange, that is not a problem. You will, however, be responsible for any additional shipping costs to get the item back to us and to you again. If you are unsatisfied please notify us within 10 days of receipt of shipment to receive return authorization. Once you receive a return authorization, the return must be received in our warehouse within 10 business days, or it will not be accepted. All returns must be pre-approved.
You may return an item for credit or replacement within 10 days of the receipt of shipment date. All returns must reach us within 10 business days of granted return authorization. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the invoice/packing slip copy. When you return any lingerie products, contact us for authorization and approval, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. All returns must be in their original unopened condition with the tags if applicable. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Should you feel the need to return any lingerie products, please contact us prior to shipping it to have a return authorization assigned to your shipment? All returns received without a return authorization will be refused and shipped back at the customer's expense.
