All orders are shipped within 72 hours of confirmation of payment. During peak seasons such as 4th of July, Halloween, Christmas, or Valentine's Day it may take us a bit longer, but we try our best to get the item to you by the date you need it. Remember, we do not have control on the postal service.

Once payment is processed and approved, the order is pulled and packed for delivery. Most of our items are in stock on a continual basis. If it is not available, it is temporarily out of stock and on backorder status. If we discontinue an item, it is because our manufacturer has stopped offering it. We do, however, strive to keep the newest goods available to you at all the times. If you place an order and we do not have that product or we do not have the exact size/color, we will communicate with you as purchaser (Bill to:) immediately. If we do not receive any answer from you (Bill to:) within 48 hours from the date of receiving order, we reserve the right to deliver your order to the nearest size/color at our judgment legally.
We have several different means of shipping depending on the size of the order. We choose the most cost effective method to ship. One or two items we typically ship via the Postal Service. Larger orders would normally ship ground service with UPS. All orders ship via the quickest and/ or most cost effective means possible to insure fast, safe delivery of your order for a low fee. All of our shipping charges are weight based. We do not mark up our shipping charges. We charge you for the weight of the shipment plus a small handling fee to cover the cost of materials and labor.
**What is a "case pack"?
Each item’s minimum order amount is at the bottom of its description. If an item says “SOLD IN CASE PACKS OF 1,” that means you can order one at a time.
